February Half Term Activities - 06/02/2012
There's just one more week of school left before half term!
From next weekend, we'll have horse rides and petting sessions available for the whole week.
Horse rides are held between 1:30-3pm and cost £2 per ride and small animal petting session are held every half hour between 11:30am-3pm (except 1:30) and costs just £1 per person.
So come and join the fun at Acorn Farm this half term!

New Play Area Almost Complete! - 24/01/2012
Our new disabled-accessible play area is nearing completion and should be open to the public in the next week or so - watch this space!

New admissions booth being constructed - 02/12/2011
We are currently in the process of replacing our wooden admissions booth with a purpose-built building. As such, there will be a small amount of construction work happening at the farm, but this will not affect our attractions and facilities.
We are open 7 days per week from 10am-4pm and our small animal petting sessions and horse rides will be running at weekends as normal.

RDA Volunteers Wanted - 11/11/2011
Do you love horses and want to gain experience working with animals?
We are looking for volunteers to help us run our Riding for the Disabled lessons on a Friday morning between 10am and midday. Previous experience of working with horses is desirable but not essential.
